Tips & tricks for the new shop system

We are pleased to be able to provide you with our new shop system for ordering.

Below you will find tips and tricks for the new system and the new functions.

:: Data from the previous shop system It was not possible to transfer your saved shopping baskets and favourites/memo lists in your account to the new system. However, your data has been backed up and we can send it to you by e-mail. Please send us an email or call us on the telephone numbers listed above.

:: Login to the shop system If you had an account for the previous shop system, then this is also active for the new shop system. It was not possible to transfer your password to the new system. Please use the function under Login ‘I have forgotten my password’. It is not possible to log in with your customer number in the new system. You will need your e-mail address with which you were registered in the old system. If you do not know this, please send us an e-mail or call us on the telephone number listed above and we will be happy to co-ordinate the correct e-mail address for you.
